FAQs

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind. Tree work is dangerous, and hiring a properly insured arborist protects you from liability in the rare event of property damage or injury. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Do you provide free estimates?

Absolutely. We offer free, no obligation estimates for all of our services. We’ll assess your trees, discuss your goals, and provide a clear solution to meet your goals.

How do I know if my tree needs to be removed?

A tree may need removal if it is dead, severely diseased, structurally unstable, leaning dangerously, or causing damage to foundations, sidewalks, or utilities. Signs such as large dead branches, hollow or decaying trunks, fungus growth at the base, or significant storm damage may indicate a serious issue. We can evaluate your tree’s health and recommend whether removal, trimming, or if the tree is healthy and stable, we’ll let you know what the best solution is.

Is cleanup included in your service?

Yes. We take pride in leaving your property clean and safe. All debris, branches, and wood are removed unless you request otherwise. We thoroughly clean the work area so your yard looks neat, better than when we found it, once the job is complete.

Will my lawn or landscaping be damaged?

We take every precaution to protect your lawn and landscaping while we work. Our team carefully plans each job to minimize impact and uses proper equipment to reduce ground disturbance. While large removals may occasionally leave minor impressions, we always clean up thoroughly and treat your property with care.
